Commando

The ideal attribute point allocation is all STR. As you can see, any points in INT will hinder the commando in every way.

This is how my skills are setup and how I use them.

Neutron Stomp (Rank 1)
10 energy, 8 sec. cool-down, 12m range, 2-8 AoE damage centered on caster + knockdown and taunt.

I put only one point here for the knockdown. The damage isn't that great.

Singularity (Rank 1)
15 energy, 10 sec. cool-down, 12m range, 2-10 AoE damage centered on target + push, knockdown and taunt.

I use this skill only for the knockdown and when I need to push enemies away from comrades.

Graviton Slam (MAX)
10 energy, 8 sec. cool-down, 12m range, 12-30 AoE damage, +70% slow and taunt

This skill does decent AoE damage in a cone shape. Great for chopping down a group of targets bunched together. The slow down means you take less damage as the enemy takes longer to get to you, and the taunt guarantees you as their target. Great for holding aggro against the guardian.

Gravity Well (Rank 5)
15 energy, 10 sec. cool-down, 12m range, 8-35 AoE damage + Pull towards caster.

A good commando will keep a group of enemies bunched together so AoE attacks by you or the other classes are used effectively. Does massive damage.

Nebula (MAX)
15 energy, 30 sec. cool-down, 6m range, 10-18 AoE damage around the caster every 2 sec. for 10 sec.

This spell does massive damage and effective in chopping down a group of targets, granted you can keep them near you.

Growing Rage (MAX)
15 energy, 60 sec. cool-down, 15 sec. duration self-buff, +60% critical chance.

This is arguably the commando's best spell. 60% chance to double the damage on all attacks and skills.

Skill Map

Slot 1 (from top to bottom)
*Growning Rage
*Singularity
*Neutron Stomp
*Graviton slam

Slot 2 (from top to bottom}
*Gravity Pull
*Nebula
*Neutron Stomp
*Graviton Slam

When approaching a large crowd of enemies, start on slot 1 and cast Growing Ragefollowed by Graviton Slam for quick aggro. Quickly switch to Slot 2 and cast Gravity Pull. When the group of targets are all bunched together around you, cast Nebulaand Neutron Stomp. By that time, Graviton Slam should be ready to cast again. Switch back over to slot 1 and wait for Nebula to expire. At this point, I usually castSingularity and push everything away from me.

With Growing Rage active, you'll see orange numbers pop up everywhere, indicating a critical hit. Combined with Nebula it is a pink cloud of death.

This setup should work fine in PVP also. Though one thing I would change is instead of max Graviton Slam, max Force Hammer instead. The damage is the same, but force hammer has a 5 sec. cool-down as opposed to 8 sec.
